Automatic Shipments: This is a great way to make sure you are never out of your favorite Vitamins USA product. Simply sign up on the order page and we will automatically ship the products you indicate every 30 days. Because this is an automatic shipment we will keep your credit card on file and bill it as your automatic shipment goes out to you. (When you don't use automatic shipments we do NOT keep your credit card number on file)
Canceling an order: If you need to cancel an order you have placed, please call our customer service representatives at 888-800-1188. Just give them your name and the date you ordered and we will make sure that your credit card is not charged, or that charges are reversed if the order has been processed.
Discounts and Discount Codes: From time to time Vitamins USA will offer products at a discount. To obtain the discount simply enter the discount code that will appear in the notice of the discount in the box marked "discount code" on the shopping cart page.

Payments: Vitamins USA accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. You may also pay by money order or check. Shipment on orders billed to credit cards and money order are shipped the same day. Shipments on orders billed to a personal check will ship when the check clears, usually 3-5 days after receipt.
